Reservations will be accepted until both resorts are sold out, however the schedule at left remains the same. For example if you purchase a cabin after July 9 the balance due will be $250/person and 50% of the remaining balance.
There is a $35 penalty per room for any late payments.
There is a $35 ticket processing fee per person.
If full payment has not been received by October 4, 2008, Cloud 9 Adventures has the right to consider the reservation canceled, with cancellation penalties applied.
Cancellations and Transfers
The passenger that places the reservation for Caribbean Holidaze is the "lead" guest and is the "owner" of the reservation. They must agree and initiate any changes in the reservation.

Any cancellation or reservation changes will be assessed a $75 fee once the reservation is confirmed.
All extended days reservations are non-refundable.
Complimentary name changes will be accepted until August 8, 2008. All name additions and changes made after this date will be subject to the name change fee of $75 per person. After October 9, 2008, all name changes will be subject to a $125 name change fee per person.

The date that such written notice of cancellation is received will determine
the applicable cancellation fees per the above schedule. No exceptions will be made.
There will not be any refunds given for those who do not show up on time, unused tickets, or cancellations received after October 4th or after the start of Caribbean Holidaze.
Complimentary name changes will be accepted until August 8, please have all passenger names into our travel agent by this date. All name additions and changes made after this date will be subject to the name change fee of $75 per person. RIGHT TO CHANGE ITINERARY
Cloud 9 Adventures, LLC reserves the right, at any time, to change, postpone or abandon all or any part of the resort program and to change the itinerary whenever advisable or necessary. In this case, Cloud 9 Adventures, LLC will NOT be responsible for any loss or expenses caused by reason of such changes or abandonment. Refunds are not made to passengers who elect not to stay through the duration of the event for any reason or cause whatsoever. Unforeseen illnesses, circumstances, and contingencies may arise causing a cancellation by a band. Cloud 9 Adventures, LLC reserves the right to alter bands contracted for this event if necessary.
RATES
Rates include accommodations at resorts, transportation between resorts, all concerts, meals, drinks, gratuity, and service fees. Rates do not include some activities and excursions. Please refer to the
"What is Super-Inclusive" portion of our site.
SERVICE FEES
Service fees (totaling $35 per person) are to be paid in full with final payment.
TRAVEL DOCUMENTS
ALL PASSENGERS ARE REQUIRED TO HAVE A VALID PASSPORT - NO EXCEPTIONS.
Keep in mind, You will be leaving the United States of America.

If the proposed rules are enacted, U.S. and Canadian citizens will be required to carry a Passport for travel. This is a change from prior travel requirements and will affect all United States citizens entering the United States from countries within the Western Hemisphere who do not currently possess valid passports.

You are responsible for obtaining all travel documents as well as complying with Customs and Immigration or any other governmental requirements. You will be required to comply with any and all security measures imposed by governments which are subject to change.
HEALTH CONSIDERATIONS/PREGNANCY POLICY
Persons who have a physical or mental disability or a medical condition must report same to Cloud 9 Adventures IN WRITING AT THE TIME RESERVATION IS MADE. Failure to provide such information prior to sailing may require Cloud 9 Adventures, LLC to cancel your reservation with you suffering the appropriate cancellation penalty if sufficient time is NOT provided to make adequate determination of medical conditions or requirements. Cloud 9 Adventures, LLC reserve the right to revoke or refuse passage to anyone who may require treatment, care or attention beyond that which the resort's can provide
Passengers wishing special diets or facing physical disabilities must notify Cloud 9 Adventures, LLC in writing of such requests at the time of booking.
REFUSAL OF ENTRY
Cloud 9 Adventures, LLC acts only as sales and marketing agents for the purpose of booking travel arrangements at Hedonism III, Breezes, and various airlines. Cloud 9 Adventures, LLC expressly disclaim any responsibility for personal injury, property damage, loss, delay, inconvenience, or other matters due to negligence, wrongful acts, errors or omissions on the part of any third party, or any supplier of services of goods or of agents selected by you or your travel agent.
Cloud 9 Adventures, LLC may, at their absolute discretion, require any person to withdraw from the event if it is deemed that the person's acts or conduct is offensive or a nuisance to other guests, and Cloud 9 Adventures, LLC shall have no further liability.
AGE MINIMUM
Guests must be 18 years or older to be admitted into the event
PHOTOGRAPHY/VIDEO
Video or audio recording, filming, or photographs may occur at Caribbean Holidaze, which may be owned, licensed, assigned or distributed nationwide and worldwide by Cloud 9 Adventures, LLC, their affiliates and assignees. By signing the Caribbean Holidaze reservation form, you allow, waive and authorize Cloud 9 Adventures, LLC, their affiliates and assignees the right to use your likeness in any manner whatsoever. You will not receive any compensation for such use and waive any right to bring any action in law or equity against allow Cloud 9 Adventures, LLC, their affiliates and assignees for such use.
ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY
Cloud 9 Adventures, LLC, has a zero tolerance policy regarding the use, possession, purchase or distribution of illegal controlled substances. Any violation of this policy will result in ejection from the event as well as the individuals being turned over to the local law enforcement officials for appropriate legal action. In such cases Cloud 9 Adventures, LLC shall not be liable for any refund or other compensation or damages.
VENDING
Due to prior agreements,
NO VENDING OF ANY KIND IS ALLOWED during Caribbean Holidaze. As a result, any and all vending at the event is prohibited. Please do not make t-shirts, hats, posters, jewelry or anything else to sell while enjoying Caribbean Holidaze. Anyone found in violation of this policy will have their unauthorized merchandise confiscated. This policy will be strictly enforced.
RESPONSIBILITY AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Under these terms and conditions, liability by passengers for damage to or theft of luggage, personal property, delay, circumstances at the resorts or elsewhere is limited. In addition, your right to recover in a legal proceeding will be based upon the applicable law and forum stated in the ticket voucher. You will find at each resort, independent concessionaires. Cloud 9 Adventures, LLC accepts no responsibility whatsoever for the actions of these independent concessionaires arising from your dealing with them. You must contact and deal or interact with them directly.
It is understood and acknowledged that Cloud 9 Adventures, LLC is an outside, independent promoter and does not retain Hedonism III or Breezes. In consideration of participating and attending Caribbean Holidaze, you voluntarily assume all risks while at the resorts and release Cloud 9 Adventures, LLC of and from any and all liability, actions, causes of action, suits, injury or death, loss or damage of property, claims, attorney's fees and demands whatsoever that may be sustained by you while staying at the resorts. This release shall be binding upon you, and your heirs, next of kin, executors and personal representatives.
Your decision to purchase and pay a deposit for Caribbean Holidaze constitutes your acknowledgment of and consent to all of the terms and conditions of the brochure, including the limitations of liability described in it. All disputes and matters whatsoever related to or involving Cloud 9 Adventures, LLC, shall be governed by and litigated in the State of Florida.
