Dear Caribbean Holidaze Guests,
Please take a moment to fill out the Caribbean Holidaze Transit Form below. We ask that each person in your room fill out thier own form, so that we may have a complete set of information on all attendees.

Why do we need this info?
As a part of our super-inclusive level of service, we provide free shuttle service between the airport and our resorts. As you can imagine, with 800+ guests, artists, and staff, it is nessecary to carefully coordinate our transportation services so that everyone gets picked up, and no one misses thier flight!
